A Compassionate Space for Healing and Growth
At Enso Psychotherapy, the invitation is to slow down, reflect, and gently reconnect with parts of self that may feel lost, overwhelmed, or burdened by past experience. Inspired by the ensō — a Zen symbol of wholeness and the beauty of imperfection — this practice is grounded in the belief that healing unfolds through presence, connection, and care.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and integrative. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Sessions may draw on EMDR, mindfulness-based practices, cognitive and existential therapy, creative exploration, and insight-oriented approaches. Each process is shaped by the needs, goals, and pacing of the individual.
Some clients seek support for current challenges; others come to explore longstanding patterns, emotional pain, or the imprint of earlier wounds. Whatever brings someone to therapy, the work is guided by a shared intention: to uncover what’s been carried, to support nervous system regulation, and to move toward greater self-trust, resilience, and clarity.
Together, we’ll explore how past experiences may shape the present, develop tools to navigate what feels difficult, and foster a more grounded, compassionate connection with self, not through fixing or forcing change, but by supporting wholeness from within.
