I work with thoughtful, self-reflective adults who often function well outwardly, but feel unsettled, anxious, or stuck internally. Many come to therapy during periods of transition or loss, or after noticing recurring patterns in relationships that no longer feel workable. Some carry the effects of relational or developmental trauma that continue to shape how they feel and relate today.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and integrative. I help clients understand patterns shaped by past experiences, process what feels unresolved, and develop more supportive ways of relating to themselves and others. Our work is collaborative and paced, with attention to your goals, needs, and readiness.
Whether you’re seeking relief from current stressors or a deeper understanding of repeating patterns, therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and move toward greater clarity and self-trust.
You’re welcome to reach out with questions or to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
